Roghini Dhevi Sunderrajoo
Roghini graduated from the University of London and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.
Prior to Roghini embarking on her legal career, she had spent a substantial amount of time employed as a legal clerk at various prominent law firms and as a paralegal at Messr. Ajmer Sandhu & Ong.
In was during this time, Roghini gained experiences in client and file management and drafting of various legal documentations such as pleadings, affidavits and witness statements.
Thereafter, Roghini continued her tenure at Messrs. Ajmer Sandhu & Ong as a pupil where Roghini managed personal injuries/road accident claims as well as general civil dispute resolutions.
She commenced her practice at Messrs. David Gurupatham and Koay as an Associate in the Litigation Department upon completion of her pupillage.
During her time at Messrs. David Gurupatham and Koay, she has been extensively exposed to matters pertaining to general civil dispute resolution matters including, but not limited to, arbitration, construction matters, contract law, reciprocal enforcement of judgment and industrial relations.
Roghini main area of practice is general civil litigation.
