Vimalan Ramanathan
Vimalan graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2008, obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice in 2010 and in 2011, secured his Diploma in International Arbitration from Brickfields Asia College, Malaysia.
After completing his pupillage at Messrs. Azam, Lim & Pang and being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011, he was employed as an Associate in the litigation division at Messrs. Kandiah Partnership, a mid-sized boutique litigation firm, where he remained for a period of seven (7) years.
During his tenure at Kandiah Partnership, he gained substantial exposure and experience in civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery and industrial relations matters together with all works that entails in such litigation.
During this time, he represented clients that comprised of various public listed and private companies as well as high net worth individuals. Vimalan regularly attends, assists and handles interlocutory applications, trials and appeals in the Subordinate Courts, the High Court and the Appellate Courts.
